iOS and Android App + Admin Panel with Flutter: From Idea to Store Release
I develop iOS and Android apps for your business or startup from a single codebase with Flutter, together with a Flutter Web admin panel if needed, from the idea to the store release.
How I price: The mandatory shared foundation (project setup, user login, database, release pipeline) is priced once. On top of it you choose the modules you want separately: payments and subscriptions, notifications, maps, messaging, admin panel, AI integration, and so on. If you add a module later, you pay only for that module. The stated price is a starting price; the exact fee is given according to the written scope.
Included:
• A written scope and a clear "out-of-scope work" list
• Maintainable, testable code with Clean Architecture and Bloc
• Firebase or Supabase infrastructure
• App Store and Google Play release (not charged separately)
• A 3-month bug-fix guarantee after release for the functions defined in the scope
• Transfer of the source code once the full fee is paid
Not included:
• Server, storage, AI service and store account fees (accounts are opened in your name and you pay the fees directly)
• Functions not listed in the scope annex
• Developing or training AI models (connecting to ready-made services is in scope)
Duration: Determined by the scope and given in months in the offer.
Prices exclude VAT.
AI use: I use Claude and Cursor as accelerators for writing code, refactoring and testing. Architectural decisions, code review and responsibility for delivery are mine.

Each stage is approved when delivered, and that stage's share is paid directly to the expert.
