    • I developed the product Wilo calls Smart Connect (Caerus): an app that manages industrial pumps over a custom Bluetooth protocol; I solved command-response matching with a correlation ID-based stream architecture. • I built company-wide CI/CD pipelines from scratch on Azure Pipelines, Appcircle and GitHub Actions. • I wrote a Flutter project template that sets up the core architecture automatically; I reduced project startup from 1–1.5 weeks to 15–30 minutes. • I turned shared widgets into libraries in the company package repository and opened them up for sharing across teams. • I migrated the smart home IoT app (door, alarm, shutter) to Firebase-based cloud communication. • I developed a real-time factory tracking platform (MES) with Flutter Web and deployed it with Docker and Nginx; I developed a supervisor alert system, an admin panel, and operator and tablet apps.
